This almost never happened at our daughter's old daycare unless we forgot to restock her diapers, but it's happened a number of times at her new preschool! So weird... will ask about it the next time I have a moment with the teacher.

This has happened several times w/DD at mom's day out, which is weird because there's always a name written on the diaper! (Someone else's)

yeah, we share a nanny with neighbors from time to time and they wear the same size diaper.

It happened the odd time at our daycare (and we cloth diaper so it was extra weird) luckily the other cloth diaper kid was my co-workers!

Yep! It's happened a few times. They are size 2's, too! I don't really care though.

Yes and it drives me nuts! I rely on them to tell me when we are out of diapers. It happens rarely but I don't use Huggies because my guy gets a rash and it infuriates me when he has come home in a huggies with a rash.

Yep! They just grab from the wrong stack. I said something though since she was coming home in Pampers, which gives her a rash, and now she is in her diapers. Unless I forget to send more, which has happened before. opps!

Our daycare supplies the diapers so not an issue. It's so nice not worrying about whether they have enough diapers or wipes on hand.

Yup! Fortuantely, DS isn't sensitive so it's fine. But I do have a surprise look on my face when I go change him and it's not his diaper.
