My daughter got a baby doll Ergo and a baby doll carseat for her birthday. She loves them both. She carried her baby around in the carseat in Costco last weekend and wore her baby doll through the mall on Sunday. While she was wearing her baby, she kept leaning down to kiss it on the top of the head. Be still my heart.

No, she doesn't but I've been looking at them. I think she'd love it. DD#2 was just born last week and #1 is loving "helping" and mimicking with her dolls.

She doesn't but thanks for the reminder- C's bday is coming up and I wanted to get that for her! I think she will love it since I wear the baby all the time. Kissing the top of the baby's head- love it!

we made dd1 a wrap type carrier. She's likes carrying "friends" on her back. Friends = stuffed animals.

She has a ring sling for her baby- it gets used every few weeks, but is sooo cute when she puts it on.

@futuremama: yeah, it's pretty good. She is big enough for it (I wouldn't get it for a smaller child) and she likes getting clipped into it.

My kids have a baby doll, but they only play with it occasionally. Sometimes I'll take a muslin blanket and wrap the baby on their body.

Not a real one, but I use a scarf plus a bracelet or hair tie to make a ring sling to play with.

Yes! We have an ergo that both the two and four year old like to use, but they can't put it on themselves, which leads to lots of on/off for the supervising grown up! Otherwise, they love it.

My kids have a carrier, but they don't use it very often. A goes through waves where she's into her dolls and other times where she couldn't care less. Right now she's pretty into her dolls so maybe I'll see if she wants to wear them more. She's still a little small for it right now, though!

Yes! I got my older one an ergo for Christmas this year (2.5 years old.) she loved it for like a day and then did t want to use it. Now, her and my youngest fight over it constantly! I just love it, it kills me to see them wear it.
