When did you introduce it? What kind of stuff do you have on there?

Subbing! I've been toying with the idea of starting this. I think LO would get the concept, but I don't necessarily want it to be reward-based... and I don't know if it would work otherwise.

@Weagle: I saw one yesterday that was kinda cute but I don't want to reward everything! Hmm

I also worry about (my) consistency at this point. DH is starting grad school next week, new baby in the next few weeks, LO is starting preschool, and two of our grandparents are in terrible health... I think I shouldn't start it yet unless I know I can stick with it. Though, preschool may be able to help with her understanding it!

I just got this one delivered a couple of days from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Kenson-Kids-Reward-Responsibility-Chart/dp/B001BX0BF4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408562037&sr=8-1&keywords=reward+chart
I didn't like all the options they had so I bought some blanks to create our own. My LO is definitely at the point where she needs one of these. We haven't even taken it out of the plastic yet, but LO saw the little stars and got super excited. I like that she has to hit a certain number of stars each week to get a reward, something simple and small, like going to get an ice cream at the local cafe or going to the water play area.

@mrsjazz: That one is really nice!! At waht age did you all start/plan to start using a rewards chart?

@Aimed: My LO is 28 months. She used to easily do her little chores but now she says NO to everything so we're trying to make the process less stressful for all parties involved. I hope it helps! @autumnlove: I'll report back!

@mrsjazz: same....
"I don't want to clean up!"
I hope a visual reminder will help my LO!

@mrsjazz: I like that one!
We're not always encountering the "NO," but it takes a sweet forever to do anything. She gets so distracted. I know it's age, but I think that seeing a "map" will help.

I made a simple one to start. Things like cleaning toys, going potty solo, eating solo. I started a little after LO was 3 and he really loves it.

We have the Melissa and Doug one, we have not used it. I don't feel I can be that consistent right now, but I do have my son help me with chores around the house.
He does get rewarded, to often...I am trying to address that though.
