(Not like socks, undies, etc)
LO 2 was obsessed with pink pants last month and she was always grumpy if they were dirty. I made mornings a little easier and I bought 4 more pairs ($5 Cat & Jack leggings)

Yeah, my son was in love with his blue pants so I bought the next size up. I've done that with a few things. I also bought duplicates of a few tshirts he has that got stained - now the stained ones are for daycare. And he has two pairs of socks with bacon and eggs on them because they're his favourites.

Kind of, we have a few of the same shirts in two sizes.
I also buy basically one kind of pants, but in different colors (outside of the uniform colors of khaki and navy).

My daughter has 4 H&M dresses that are all the same style with different colors/patterns.
My son has a number of the same pairs of pants.

Yea. When DS1 was a baby, my mom went shopping crazy. She often forgot what she had bought and would buy something twice. Or she didn't know I had bought something, and she would buy the same thing.
DD isn't even here yet and has two of the same dress (different sizes though). I can't say no to a sale!

I have a few things. If I like something I sometimes get a duplicate just in case. This includes shoes, coats, etc. My DD doesn't care as much as I do.

Yes. She has 3 white Cat and Jack long sleeve shirts. They are good undershirts and she has several things she wears them under so she needed more than one.

Jeggings, fleece pants from ON and fleece lined pants from Kohls.

We have lots of the same things (leggings, Tea/Hanna dresses) in different prints. If I love everything about an item, I sometimes get exact duplicates in multiple sizes.

I buy leggings from ON in multiple colors as well as shirts or dresses I like. More for ease for me so I can mix and match easily. Has nothing to do with DD's preferences or anything.

I really liked this random, not really special, 5 pack of striped onesies from Carters that DS had as an infant so I was hoping they would bring them back and they did! Now we have the same pack in 18 months and it makes me happy.

Yes, pretty much all of her school clothes are dupes, mostly same style different colors, but some are the same colors. Dresses, leggings, shirts - all essentials. Whenever I find a dress that fits and washes well, I stock up and rebuy.

I buy some many multiples of basics. She has like 5 pairs of grey leggings, black leggings, blue leggings, etc. And if I like the style/fit or something like a tunic or dress I'll often buy them in multiple colors/prints. I did this a lot when LO was younger bc it was hard to find tops that fit her body type well so if I found something that fit her well I'd buy several

@wrkbrk: totally on the onesies! I have the exact same pack of pointelle onesies from Carters in two sizes, and the same style in slightly different colors (different years, I think) in at least two other sizes! If it isn't broken, don't fix it, right?!

@PinkElephant: Right! I love the onesies and it breaks my heart that he is almost too big for them. I think they stop at 24 months and he is a big boy at 14 months haha.
