Bee usually picks up around 80% of the time when I call her! That's probably a much healthier approach than me; I am always glued to my phone so I pick it up almost 100% of the time.
I wish we had a landline so that I could call if there was an emergency and know that the phone was ringing loudly across the entire house. I've heard you can get Bluetooth speakers that support that, so maybe we'll look into that.
Does your SO always pick up the phone when you call?

I don't really call him because of his work, and when he's not at work, we are typically together... usually when I call him, it's when we are separated so he may leave his phone in the car so he doesn't answer lol. Maybe 50% of the time he will pick up. He thinks I shouldn't bother having a phone cuz he thinks I never pick up. I say I pick up 50% only cuz I don't hear it ring!

DH picks up 90% of the time, I rarely pick up because my phone is always on silent and when I'm working I am not able to take a call. If I'm available I normally have the Bluetooth ready to pick up in my car or my phone is visible for a call/missed call. That being said, if I miss a call from DH I will notice quickly (unless I'm with a client) - and call back right away

Hahaha, no. I mean, in his defence he's at work, but I'd say he answers maybe 25% of the time. He's not very good at seeing I called and calling me back either.

Maybe we're weird, but we RARELY call each other! We use text or gchat/hangouts allll the time though, on both our comps or phones. I only call if he's not responding to text. 99% of the time my phone is on silent, so I wouldn't see that he called any faster than seeing a text.

He is horrible about both answering the phone and answering texts. A perk to pregnancy is that he almost always answers my calls on the first ring once I get close to my due date

Not very often but he travels and is on site visits a lot for work. It's more common that we text then talk and FaceTime at night when he's in his hotel. But if I'm driving I usually will give him a quick call and hope I catch him.

I only call during the day at work if it's important. He used to be bad about having the phone on silent, but has gotten better about this and now answers about 90% of the time. He has an office # too so I also will call that next.

It depends... His work is not really just him sitting in a cube.. He could be driving, meeting with someone, etc so I generally don't really call him! I am more reliable with picking up since I am mostly at my desk or have my phone with me at work.

DH picks up the phone 75% of the time, and I'm closer to 50%. I don't always carry my phone with me, and it's usually set on vibrate. DH will turn on music on Alexa and talk to the nestcam to try to get my attention at home if he needs to get in touch with me.

He probably picks up less than 50%. He's on the phone or in meetings basically all day. But he always gets back to me as soon as he can. And he has two phones (work and personal) so if it's an emergency I would text both phones that I needed him right away and he would stop what he was doing and call.

Not always.
He's an old soul and not attached to his phone. He'll sometimes leave home without it while running errands. That drives me crazy if I want to let him know I forgot something on a list or something.
But I'm not perfect either. If I'm working with headphones in and really busy, I won't always notice my phone either.
