I just started domperidone yesterday and feel absolutely awful tonight. Nauseous, extremely emotional, edgy. Has anyone experienced bad side effects from the drug? I am wondering if it's just a coincidence.

@raintreebee: Hope that works for you! One thing I was told that if you have any thyroid issues to stay away from fenugreek.

I was on Domperidone for a total just shy of 3 years (1.5-ish with each kid), and I didn't experience any of those kinds of side effects. Actually I can't recall experiencing anything other than increased milk production.
But I also took Motherlove More Milk Plus with both kids and it was fabulous! As well.
My only vote is to do what is right for you. Do what you need to to keep sane! Hugs!

Just for those reading this later, I think that I actually had a stomach virus that coincided with the start of the domperidone. I had a 102 degree fever over the weekend. I am going to take a week or two off to let my stomach heal and then revisit taking the domperidone.
I haven't been on it, but I did just start a supplement to boost my supply, it worked within days:
