If you were having a dessert table at your event but wanted to keep everything within a low budget...what would you include?
So far I have; cake, cupcakes, cakepops (all different flavors) but it's all cake so I was thinking of adding in banana pudding.
What would you add that is simple and easy to make?

We did this for our wedding and just ordered things from Costco (pie, cheesecake, and cake, with cannolis from our caterer)
Everything was sliced and arranged nicely so no one realized they were getting sheet cake. And it was a hit.
As someone with food allergies, if you can figure out just one gluten free option, that would be awesome. I miss dessert more often than anything else.

Cheesecake, pie or tarts of some kind, chocolate mousse, lemon squares

Chocolate mousse. I don't know if it's easy to make, but I would love that. Mini cheesecakes or little fruit tarts.

Tiramisu and chocolat mousse..! Maybe something with fruit like an apple pie or lemon pie.

Chocolate dipped pretzels or marshallows are easy. Maybe as an alternative to cake pops?

Brownies, cheesecake, Jordan almonds, lemon bars.
Depending on weather a hot chocolate bar would be fun! Toppings like mini marshmallows, peppermint sticks, chocolate curls, cinnamon/nutmeg to sprinkle, etc.

My ILs do donut holes with whipped cream and ganache to dip them in, super easy to "make"! And then I love when people have fresh cut seasonal fruit.
My personal dream table would have a strong black decaf coffee and a bunch of different types of cookies

@T.H.O.U.: because of another issue beside celiac (MTHFR mutation) I can only have rice crispie treats made with certain cereals (I have to avoid synthetic folic acid), but in general, those with celiac can have them.
Good options for GF are crustless pies of cheesecake like consistency, most puddings (you could do a shooter like serving to make it easier to serve), or flourless chocolate things. Chocolate holds up better than a lot of other flavors (chocolate cake or brownies)

To round out the cake, I would suggest cheesecake, lemon bars, brownies, puddings or candy. Oh and I love rice krispies treats too!

Cookie bars, mini cupcake size key lime pie bites, a bag of those chocolate covered dried fruits from costco (gf, easy, delicious), those cream filled puffs that you can buy frozen - like mini eclairs?

Lemon tarts - store bought tart shells, filling no is cool whip mixed into lemon meringue pie filling. Really yummy!

I looove cake, so I would just eat that! But I think pies and cookies would be a good add on.
