Has anyone had experience with Dual Agency when buying or selling a home?
It is when the Realtor represents both the buyer and the seller in the house transaction.
It is legal in my state if both parties consent to it.

A home that we would like to put an offer is a listing of our Realtor. Our Realtor brought the house to our attention, because it fits all of our wants, but made it clear that he was the listing agent and that it could be a conflict of interest.

At this point we've gotten so many opinions about what we should do (stick with our agent, use another agent in his same office, or find someone completely new).
I'm not sure what the best avenue to take is.

So looking to see if anyone has worked through this before/had experience.
