Hoping for a little advice or experience here.

C will be 2 in 2 weeks. For a while now she's been fairly consistent with bedtime around 7:30-8, wake up between 6 and 7, nap around 1:30 for about an hour and a half to 2 hours (so wake up between 3 and 3:30). That's been her "normal" but of course not every time.

Lately she's been waking up super early- like 4:30 am. We used to be able to go into her room and lay down in the bed in there with her (she still sleeps in the crib but we have a queen bed in her room) and she would go back to sleep until 7. Not ideal but livable. Now she wakes up at 4:30 and she tries to go back to sleep, but can't, and by 5, she's up for the day.

I'm wondering if she is sometimes taking too long and late of a nap, leading to the early mornings (per this sleep chart:
https://childsleepscience.wordpress.com/2014/02/12/common-age-by-stage-sleep-schedules/ ) Yesterday she slept until4:30 in the afternoon, went to bed about 8, up at 4:30 am.

Any troubleshooting advice or things that worked for you to get your littles Angels to sleep past sunrise? I'm losing it with the early wake ups- I'm pregnant, exhausted, and getting migraines from lack of sleep. I hate to cut short naps but I'd sure rather deal with her at 3:30 pm than 4:30 am.
