So much more now than before I was pregnant!
Pregnancy (& probably age too) have made it much harder for me to stay my pre-preg weight/shape.

i can sometimes stay on track with my weight with portion control, but if i want to feel healthy, i definitely need to work out.

Ugh, yeah. If I just eat and exercise normally, my weight regulates to about 10lbs above what I like to keep it at.

I have noticed that I am gaining weight eating the same things and at the same activity level as before, I am assuming it has something to do with the fact that I am still breastfeeding.
