My LO is 4.5 months old and we are looking into an exersaucer/walker! Any recommendations? Is he at the right age for one?

DS was 3 months when we got him a baby Einstein exersaucer. We propped him up with a blanket, and around 5-6 months he was really enjoying it. We avoided walkers because of the safety risks. We don't have stairs, but want a safe place to set him that is stationary.
Actually if I was going to do it over I'd get a jumperoo for our house instead of the exersaucer. My in laws have a baby Einstein one that DS loves. He is a big jumper.

we just got a fisher price jumperoo. DD is 3.5 months and likes it just for a little while... in a month or so I think she'll love it!

I have the baby einstein exersaucer. I started using it at around 4 months. LO loved it right away and still uses it at 9 months.

I would avoid walkers. It's important that your LO crawl before learning to walk!

all the exersaucers are pretty similar. i don't think it matters too much which one you get! charlie didn't really get into his until he was around 6 months old. then he loved it!
and chopsuey is right... too young for a walker right now!
