There is an additional international shipping charge, duty, taxes, & brokerage fee. I've found that I can find most stuff from direct suppliers here for far cheaper.
For a $140 lamp the shipping/duty/etc. was $70. Not worth it in my book.

I bought several things from them while living in the US, but haven't since I moved back to Canada. They have really good customer service, and will get back to you very quickly if you email them with any questions.

However, note that not everything is as it appears on the website. They are a consolidator, and often the people at J&M have not seen the merchandise. Four times I returned the order because the quality of the item was poor, or it was not as advertised. I did get two free rugs (they refunded me but they didn't want to pay for return shipping) from them because the yellow quatrefoil rugs in the picture turned out to be puke green. Sold them for a quick buck!

So just be aware that if things aren't as advertised it's more difficult to return them from Canada, and that they don't have as good a QC section as other online realtors.
