I don't know if the Fisher Price ones are too young for her. They're free, so it might be worth a try. Shapes, animals, letters, music, stories- they have a TON of different ones.
I've also heard awesome things about Endless Alphabet.

E LOVES the Endless Reader and Endless 123. He also really likes Bogga Alphabet, and one by Alligator Apps called Little Stars Toddler Games. And Musical Paint.

DDs favorites are anything Endless, anything Toca Boca, the panda restaurant ones, Elmo numbers and letters, and there's a few coloring type ones she likes.

Endless Reader is good, there are Bob Books apps that are good, Wallykazam letter and word magic is fun. My 3 year old just finished an obsession with Thinkrolls, which is a pretty cool app.

We like Disney channel so the disney jr app and Appisodes.
Alien buddies does shapes and colors.
We have a wild Kratts app that we love.
And he is currently into Legos so lots of different lego apps.

Endless alphabet, pbs kids and if you have any other streaming accounts: Netflix, Amazon, hulu. My daughter also watches clips/shows on YouTube. And she can also get to all her apps/shows on our phones.
