I'm looking for some favorite level 1 reader books for a 5 year old. They're learning about sight words in LO's preschool class and she loves finding them in books we read together. Level 1 books are great for what we are doing because she likes to follow my finger to see if she can find one.
We have the Bob books and some of the Princess Level 1 books. Do you have favorites?

My son loves the Biscuit (I Can Read!) books. Amazon sells them for $3 or less.

We have lots of Biscuit leveled readers. Other than that we have been focused on his favorite characters at the moment.

Henry and Mudge - technically level 2 but lots of repeated words which is great for learning
