I recently binged Not By Accident, and really enjoyed it. My favourite all-time is the Babysitters Club Club. Armchair Expert with Dad Shepherd is great. ID10T (used to be Nerdist) is also great for long-form interviews. Terrible, Thanks for Asking is good but the total opposite of a comedy, every episode is heart breaking. Late Night With Seth Meyers - I don’t usually listen to the interviews but I love the A Closer Look segments. And I really like Heavyweight.

Comedy Bang Bang-I can't really explain this one, and it can take a bit to get into, but once you do it is REALLY funny. Check out the "Best-of" episodes to get the gist of how it works
How Did This Get Made?-Three friends/comedians dissect a different terrible movie each week trying to get to the bottom of how it even got made in the first place. Start with an episode that covers a movie that you've actually seen and build from there.
Spontaneanation-good long-form narrative improv comedy
Lovett or Leave It-weekly comedy news show that is both hilarious and depressing

@medianaranja second My Dad Wrote a Porno - yes, you need to listen in order. I think it might be the funniest thing I've ever listened to (obviously explicit, lol). I listened to it driving to and from work when my baby was up all night and I wasn't getting any sleep and it was the only way I stayed awake in my car!
As for podcasts - I have really enjoyed getting into specialized podcasts related to my interests (in addition to some of the broader-appeal ones mentioned above). There are podcasts for whatever you're into. I listen to some Disney travel podcasts, some medical podcasts, some sports podcasts for my college team, etc. So you might try looking for podcasts related to any hobbies or interests you have! (music, movies, cooking, sports, travel, exercise, etc.)

I listen to sports podcasts a lot but I also like:
-best of both worlds (balancing work family and fun)
-dear sugars (advice column—can get heavy but I like their approach)
-nerdette
I realized not that long ago that I listened to a lot of male voices on my podcasts (sports but still) so it has been a nice change to have more female voices

@LadyDi: we have similar tastes, I listen to almost all of those! Have you tried Case File? It’s true crime and I vastly prefer it to Sword and Scale (it can be too graphic for me).
In addition to many that have been mentioned already, I also like Invisibilia, NPR Politics podcast and another NPR show called Rough Translation.
