I would make sure the room temp is right for how baby is dressed.

Otherwise, not sure what you can do except Tylenol. That said, I don't wake my guy if he has a fever unless it's super high. If it's a low/med fever, it may break by itself.

I wouldn't wake him...if he is sleeping, he is probably ok. When it gets too high and/or if he gets really uncomfortable, he will wake up and let you know. Hope he feels better soon.
