I got a little carried away in my baby's excitement to eat real food! I didn't keep in mind that it might be binding for her to be digesting real food for the first time. She was super constipated and uncomfortable all yesterday. Like a doofus I didn't put two and two together.
Anyway, I'm going to take a step back this week and go a little easier. And remember to offer fiber rich foods at least every other day for a bit.

Today I made her applesauce, I've got pears ripening and bananas are a constant. Any other fiber rich foods easily givens to babies? I know prunes are definitely one but we'll save that for an emergency scenario.
Drawing a blank otherwise!
