My 8 month old has had the first shot but now that a month has gone she's has a virus stomach bug, so we haven't gotten the booster. Anyone have this happen before? Should I take her in even with the bug?

Ours got pushed back a week or two because she was sick. I'd just call her ped and ask.

They say not to get a shot when you're sick, so I'd wait it out. I'd call the ped and find out how long they want you to wait.

We got the first flu shot last winter for my son and then before we could get the second he got the flu. So I never went back (wondering how that will affect this year...) But I don't think you should get it while she's still sick.

We had to delay the second shot by a week due to illness.

We're in this boat. DD got her first shot at 10 months, she turned 11 mo last week but she's had a cold so they said not to come back. I'll call and see if we still should, once she's finally better.
