I have a wedding in April and will need to pump in the car. I have been browsing rent the runway, but I am having trouble finding ones I like that would allow me 'easy access.'
Has anyone done this before? tips? small budget (< $50, max).

I would pack a cover and just undress from the top down. You wouldn't want to risk a spill stain! (Actually I don't know how rent the runway works, if they charge you for stains.)

@jedeve: I guess there's a $5 insurance fee for minor stains or damage!

but that's a good point - a big wet spot is still embarrassing, hahaha. I didn't think of that!

I'd do strapless! You'd just have to unzip the back and pull it down.

I just undressed from the top to pump and threw an A&A around me for cover. Chic, no. Functional, yup.

@sorrycharlie: and satin-y fabrics show wet spots a lot more than every day fabrics!

I pumped in a bridesmaid dress (so yeah. More than $50. ). It had straps but I unzipped and pulled down to my waist and laid a flannel receiving blanket over the whole dress. Removed regular bra, put on pumping bra. But I was in a private bridal suite, not the car. I'd bring a towel to cover the dress if you have space.

I did it. I just got a dress where I could unzip and peel it down so that I had access.

Perhaps a halter top? Then you just have to untie or unsnap and have easy access.
