I feel constantly bloated - I tried probiotics but it made me feel worse =(
Considering taking a break from dairy BUT I love cream in my coffee, a cold glass of milk, greek yogurt, and lets not forget that delicious stuff called cheese!!
Has anyone done this? How long till I would notice if it was helping me or not?
I can handle baked in dairy but I can’t do straight milk, yogurt, or cheese without lots of icky symptoms now. Every once in a while I miss it, but it hasn’t been as bad as you might think to give it up.
