you can do a subscription to kiwi crate. Its $60 for 3 months. I know its a little out of your budget.

@winniebee: I got these from Amazon for my niece. I can't speak to the quality just yet (Christmas present) but the reviews were great! The sketch pad (link also included) is great quality paper.
