What is a good target price for pouches, jarred baby food, packs of puffs and such? Where and how do you get the best deals?
I intend to try making my own food for LO but supplementing with pre-made.

Baby food is pretty cheap so I don't worry about deals. Puffs are $1.60 and jars are $1 at my local grocery store. DD mostly eats table food, but I like to have a few jars on hand too.

Pouches are expensive but so much easier for out and about. I'm pretty certain the best way to consistently get good prices is to buy through Amazon S&S. I get them at just over $1/pouch when in stores it's usually closer to $2/pouch

Grocery store brands are very cheap. Sometimes they discontinue a flavor or packaging and have closeouts and I stock up then. My 3 year old still eats pouches so we go through a lot. But the jars are very cheap. Sometimes BRU has a deal with pouches where you get 10 pouches for $12 or something but I find that's still more than amazon or the grocery store sales.

I tried to match coupons when my local grocery store had items like puffs and pouches on sale. Or sometimes saved a little with cartwheel and coupons at target. I never wanted to spend more than $1 per pouch for example.
