I don't think I've Googled any of them, but I'm tempted now to find out what some of them are. Like WTAF is frog eye salad?!?!?!

I didn't go through the entire list, but one of the MD bees is in fact making sauerkraut! What a cool list, we eat such different things all over the country. I'm not making anything off the Florida list. I must embrace the Cuban influence one of these days.

Nope, no salmon dip for me. Not sure if I would like that.

@littlebug: it's a dessert! And it's yummy! Acini de Pepe pasta, mandarin oranges and pineapple, cool whip and marshmallows. My mom has made it plenty of times!

This is hilarious because I have never heard of someone making deer jerky for thanksgiving but someone brought it to work today. The smell of it did not go over well with my weak pregnancy stomach!

I live in CA and have a persimmon tree, as did my grandma. We both make persimmon bread but have never served it at Thanksgiving. The persimmon season just lines up with Thanksgiving.

So, every holiday meal we had with my Ohio family included cheesy potatoes, which is apparently a Michigan staple. Considering Saturday's upcoming football game, I just sit back and laugh and laugh.

If you scroll through the rest of the article, it shows the search results for the runnerup of each state.
In WA, they said people googled 'stufed mushrooms', I'm hoping that's a typo.
In PA, there's something called 'Stuffling balls'. What is that?
