Here's a silly but extremely practical question: how do you wash your hands after and a diaper change? I keep a natural hand sanitizer at the changing table but have not yet figured out the best way to get to the sink easily with baby in arms.
Do you have a trick where you hold the baby during hand washing or do you place baby down? My son tends to scream after diaper changes so placing him down is hard. I have had the best success handing him off to my husband but I can't always do that.

I put LO down in crib after and DH will carry her to wash his hands (although I would prefer he put her down)

I use a hand sanitizer at the change table then put her over my shoulder, go into the kitchen and clean the hand I'm not supporting her with, dry it, switch her to the ther shoulder and wash/dry the other hand. If she's creating ans needs a feed I may only wash the hand I used to wipe her with and apply Vaseline with. I'm a slummy mummy, lol.

I would put LO on his play mat and he would happily play with his toys while I quickly washed my hands.

We've only been doing this for 10 days, but our changing pad is on the counter in the bathroom - we use reusable cloth wipes and need warm water to wet them, so it's easier to just do it all in there. He chills on the changing pad as we wash hands.

I put him in his exosaucer or swing & wash my hands. While I'm out I hand sanitize & use a baby wipe.

I just use the Babyganics natural hand sanitizer if I'm busy and then wash with water when I can

My youngest just hangs out on the changing pad while I take one step away to pump some hand sanitizer. Then I go wash my hands if I'm leaving his room. I know it's clean but I just want to make sure. Haha!
