LO 2 had a crazy looking white poop this morning. I did a little Googling and I am just gonna assume that it is related to her recent stomach virus.

Yes once, we freaked out and called her pediatrician. I forget what happened though! I think she said it was probably related to a stomach bug.

Is it completely white? Or is there still some color? It it is completely white, that could be an indication of liver failure and please call your ped's nursing line.

@Ms.Badger: Most of the log was completely white but some parts on the other end was a pale yellow color. I will call to double check and ask if she needs an appointment! Thank you!

We had a lot of stool issues with my LO, and his doctor mentioned they are mostly concerned with poop color when it is black, red or white. It might be no big deal, but I'd call.

Once! It wasnt pure white but really really light. Freaked me out a bit but it was only once and baby poop is weird so i didnt worry too much.

He gets this after he is on antibiotics, before his gut gets back to normal.

I'd give the doc a call- chalky white can be a symptom of liver failure/ no bile from the liver.

Dr. called back and she thinks it is related to recent stomach bug issues. She said i should take LO 2 in if there is more white or chalky poop.

Glad you called, it definitely sent up a red flag from the veterinary world, hope it passes (oh the puns!)
We'll occasionally see white dog poop on our walks, one time we were debating putting a post-it note on the white dog poop urging the owner to 1)go see the vet and 2) pick up their damn poop.
