Was it covered by your warranty? Our chest pads are broken on our Britax Boulevard that was purchased in 2011. I need to get the serial numbers and call them later today.

I haven't yet, but we need new straps like crazy, too many spills and those things are gross. I've heard really good things though

Yes, just on Monday. No warranty coverage and shipping is high! We needed to replace the headrest/wings as the foam cracked. I did glue it back together ultimately but the replacement was already ordered

Yes. Our britax straps had some wear on them that I wasn't comfortable with (from 2012) and they sent replacement buckles for free.

They sent me replacement buckles for free when mine broke.
