I registered to run my very first 5k in mid-November. I'm a bit nervous, because Dave is a runner, and I'm most definitely not, but it's a Zombie Fun Run (https://www.thezombiefunrun.com) so I think (hope) it'll be super fun. 6 months ago I don't think I'd even seriously consider it, but as of today I am 35lbs down, (and 23 from my goal weight!), and I'm feeling good and have more energy...hoping I don't pass out, lol!

Have you run a 5k+? Any advice?
