When making your grocery list, or grocery shopping, how do you make sure you stick to healthy(er) food items? I'm REALLY bad at this, if something like chips or cookies sounds good, I get it and then by the time I make it to the produce section I'm close to my budget. I don't want to give up treats entirely, but I want to put priority to healthier options. Any tips when cravings tend to take over? Also, healthy food is so pricey, so grabbing for other items that are cheaper tends to win me over as well.
