I'm 20 days into my third Whole 30 and am having a tough time... I know some of you ladies have done it before and hoped for some encouragement. I think the main reason I'm having problems is that I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I want pizza, crackers and cereal so badly and am also craving sweets when I usually don't have a sweet tooth. I have only rarely had problems with nausea in previous pregnancies and don't want to use nausea as an excuse, although I've had some over the past couple of days. I feel like I am eating plenty but I don't feel amazing like I'm supposed to, all I feel is deprived Should I continue or just give myself a break?
