@Mrs. Taco: exactly ten days ago was the first time I added a book to the bedtime routine and started putting him down in the crib instead of our bed!

I agree with @heartonastring: DS is taking his first nap in his crib in forever! It has been almost an hour, usually his first nap is 40 min in our bed.
Lets hope all these babies keep it up.
