I usually pay with my debit or credit card. I need to start carrying cash because I was so embarrassed yesterday when my friend had to cover the tab at a cash only restaurant!

Credit or debit. I have gone places that are cash only and had to leave or had to run to an ATM. I thinks a cash only restaurant is stupid...come on now.

I pay with credit so I earn points on everything! I earn a minimum of 1.5% cash back and sometimes earn 5% or more.
I will only pay cash when its a cash only restaurant.

Cash or credit. I like the benefits and protection the credit card has over debit. But love cash because im always paranoid about fraud involved with cards and the headache it creates and it keeps spending in check.

Always credit, but I usually keep 50 or so in my wallet just in case I need cash.

Almost always credit card since we get points, but I usually keep $40.00 stashed in my wallet for "emergencies" like finding myself in a cash only restaurant or needing cab fare or something.

Debit. Cash only is really rare anymore these days, so that surprises me!

Always credit. We use one card for everything for the points & pay it off each month.
I do keep some cash on me just in case, however.

Credit card for cash back! Usually when we go to a smaller dive-y restaurant we'll check to see if it's cash only. Usually they're smart enough to have a ATM out back though.
