Our daughter is 21 months and has been getting carsick since she turned 1, and it has gotten worse over time (it used to be every so often, now it is every time we are in the car for more than 20 minutes, and sometimes even less time).

Our strategies so far are simply to avoid driving as much as possible and when we do drive, to have me sit in the backseat with her with a towel ready as soon as she starts. So basically our strategies stink. I plan to try seabands but she's tiny so I'm not sure if they will work. She still rearfaces and I don't really want to turn her but I'm considering that too.

If your child(ren) gets carsickness, what strategies do you use and do they work?
