I was cleaning out a closet and found some expired Wondfo ovulation tests (and a few pregnancy tests). They worked wonderfully for me back in 2012...but I'm guessing it's time to toss them...or is it? Any experiences? I'm not going to ttc for another year or so.

They have an expiration date on the packages!

Usually I'm good at tossing stuff, but I've heard so many stories about bad batches, so I'm obsessed about hanging on to this ”good batch” haha!

I have some that just expired earlier this year and I'm keeping them. Worst thing that will happen is they will give a false negative and when AF doesn't show then I would buy another test. I really can't see them giving a false positive due to being slightly expired. We are TTC starting soon, so they will likely be used within the same year of expiry (or early 2015). There's no harm if you don't mind possibly getting an incorrect result.

haha i have some that i've been using and they expired in 2012 or 2013- i forget now...probably 2013 since LO was born in 2012!
agree with what @getjazzy: said. I just don't feel like spending money on new ones right now so I don't really mind...

I took an over year old hcg test back in December... So I think it was a 2012 one, a good batch. It told me correctly I was pregnant, so I'd hold on to it lol.
