@Mrs. Champagne: oh wow that's a lot of teeth in one month!

8 teeth by 9 months (starting at 6 months with the first), and now he has 2 molars coming in.
As for the biting...I might have the unpopular option, but I bit my son back. Not enough to leave a bruise or anything, but to let him know it hurts. It worked and he hasn't bit since.

@Mrs. Champagne: whoa! Lots of teeth, but I guess it's good to just get it over with quickly. She will be 7 months this weekend and has 2 teeth!

Ok so my LO isn't actually a LO anymore but he went to the dentist last week and has 24 teeth - just got his 6 yr molars - had NO idea there were even 6 yr molars!!! (he is 6)

M has none, but one is about to pop in any second.
D has 24, but they're a combo of baby and grown up teeth.

@Mamaof2: we've been dealing with the 6 year molars for over a year. They're rough!

@Mrs. Champagne: woah! That's one heck of a month for your little guy!!! She's 14 months & has 12. She's not big on biting but anytime she has bitten I touch her mouth to draw her attention that that area & usually said "hey! That hurt! Please don't bite mommy." She kinda just stopped eventually.

@JessKas: we just got bottom & top molars at the same time. Poor baby, I think those bothered her the most of all the teeth she has!

Just one at 9 months. He may be cutting his second bottom tooth but sometimes i see it in his mouth and sometimes I don't!

20 months and 16 teeth.
Her gums are swollen were the 2 yr molars are and she is chewy on her hands all the time but I don't feel anything yet.

DS is almost 16 months and has 6 teeth, soon to be 10 (his first molars are coming in)

Almost 15 months and 12 teeth plus she's working on 2 canines. I think she's been continuously teething since she turned 1. I hope the canines are faster than the molars were.
