I usually have a cup of coffee as soon as I wake up. Then I have a cup of black tea in the afternoon. If I'm really tired I might have a second cup of coffee in the late afternoon, but that's rare because caffeine really affects me.
what about you?

Usually just 1 cup in the morning
On the weekends I sometimes have iced coffee after lunch

Usually 1-2 cups. I'm a bit disappointed I started drinking it again. I had stopped before getting pregnant, and went through horrible headaches. I'm a glutton for punishment I guess.

A couple times a month....usually iced tea or soda.

1/2 to 1 cup in the morning.
Maybe a lil bit of soda and/or 1/2 cup of coffee in the afternoon if I need a pick me up.

One cup of coffee - preferably in the morning but sometimes I don't get around to it until lunch. I try really hard not to have more because I feel like I really "need" that one cup to function at my best and happiest, and don't love that feeling....I don't want to "need" more!

None- it gives me heart palpitations. It is not dangerous but annoying.

One cup of half-caff in the morning. I used to drink a lot more, like 3 cups of full caffeine, but I cut back to see if it'd help my acid reflux.

Pre pregnancy I had about 3 cups a day cause I think coffee is delicious and I love when my house smells like coffee and holding a warm cup makes me happy. lol now I just have one cup in the am. Maybe twice a month I'll have two. I don't drink caffinated teas or soda so it's just the coffee. I'll have herbal tea a lot of nights.

too much, ha! one cup as I drive to work, usually one once I arrive and maybe a third in the afternoon, or a small can of soda at lunch instead.
pomegranate / 3706 posts
2-4 shots of espresso a day. Always a cappuccino or americano in the AM, and often another in the afternoon.
wonderful grape / 20453 posts
Less than 200 mg?....either a small pot of tea or a cup of coffee in the AM for me.

I drink sweet tea (black tea) all the time--at least once a day--but there's not a whole lot of caffeine in it. It doesn't effect me.

I have a diet dr. pepper every morning, first trimester I switched to caffeine free, but after that I went back to the real stuff. Occasionally I'll skip the pop (heartburn) and have some iced tea or hot tea instead. Occasionally I'll have chocolate.
cantaloupe / 6059 posts
I only have caffeine (in the form of a latte or similar) once or twice a week.
pomelo / 5041 posts
A grande (half caff while pregnant) mocha most mornings and then sometimes a soda in the afternoon/evening.

Now that I'm not pregnant anymore I delight in having as much as I want :o
One bought latte/day, one can coke zero/day a tea here and there -like 1-2 per day.
I would love to have more but don't seem to have time.
grapefruit / 4089 posts
Uhh, a bit. 2-3 14 or 16oz coffees a day, plus a cup or two of tea at night. Not looking forward to cutting that way back during pregnancy...

I have 200 mg a day (maybe a bit less) right now since I am KU, but before that, I couldn't even tell you how much! LOTS!
