When the girls go back to full time it will be $490/week. *gulp*
ETA: this is one infant and one toddler. I *think* there will be a slight decrease when my older moves to the preschool room in the fall.

For an infant in a small center with meals provided, we paid $300/week, which Eason the low end! Now, my in laws watch her 3 days and we pay $150 for the other 2 days to a nanny.

$1643 a month starting next month (yearly increase starts)

Toddler room full-time is $660 a month so $165 a week. Once 2 arrives we will be adding infant room full-time which will be $770 or $192 a week. Total for both will be $357. Yikes.
ETA: we are in northeast Ohio.

@Mamaof2: You pay the same rate for infant through toddler. It goes down $200 a month when she hits preschool. This is why we are having to wait for a 4 yr age gap. She will be in the free pre-k program (hopefully) and will just have to pay the after school fee.
But yeah living in the city has a price. It was $400 cheaper when she was in the burbs by my work.

$175/week for a toddler. Includes meals and snacks. We're in the 'burbs.

$1668/month for the young toddler (12-24 month) room. I voted wrong, apparently I can't do math. Daycare provides meals and snacks. Our center is downtown in one of the large PNW cities.

We do an in-home Montessori so it's a bit cheaper at $150/week. We did inquire about a place way back when and it was almost $400/week and it didn't include anything. And you had to pay for an additional supply fee, meals, etc. Eek!

$220/week for a toddler, including meals and snacks. I live in the city.

DD is not in yet, but when she goes I'm prob only putting her in twice a week so I think it's just under $200.

$270 a week, we have a combination of nanny and part time daycare.

We pay $107/wk for an in-home daycare (1 infant), 9 hrs/day, meals will be provided. My 'back-up' daycare would be $135 a week. Small town Iowa.

$265 a week for one toddler (2.5) we provide all food except snacks. I have no idea what we will pay for two are our home daycare is retiring at the end of August so I will have to find a new care situation for an infant and an almost three old in Mid November. I'm in the suburbs of Washington, DC.

$750 every other week to our nanny. It's a nanny share with one other family who pays the same and both toddlers are there all day for 9 of the 10 days. The per child price will go down next year because both families are adding an infant, but obviously the total cost will go up.

We'll be at $1150/mo for 3 days a week for one infant (so $265/wk.) Full-time is $1850.

We pay $700 a week for a toddler and infant. Can not WAIT until the toddler enters preschool and it starts getting (a little) cheaper.

We don't pay anymore but most preschools are about $2300 a month. Daycare there is a bit more of a range but still pricey.

DD is not at daycare full-time but if she were, it would be $135/week. She is 3. I think infants are $150.
She goes 1-2 days per week and it's $32/day that way. They provide breakfast and snacks.

We're trying to make childcare decisions for when baby 2 comes...our options are:
Neighborhood centers: 2000-2300/month x 2=4000-4600
Commute 2 hours a day w both babies: 1100 month x 2
Nanny: 3500/month
nanny for baby, commute w toddler: 3600/month
I've paid deposits at a couple places till we decide.

$325 a week, one toddler, full time Montessori school. I live in queens, New York.

Pure daycare was $300 per week for hours 7-5:30. Nothing included.
For preschool, not part of a daycare is a different animal...you need before and after care to get to all day and I never priced that out.

$225 a week for an infant. Includes food and all diapers. We just provide formula and diaper cream.

Wow! I pay my mom $600/month to watch my one year old. Preschool/daycare is $550/month for my almost 3 year old.

The cost decreased significantly between J's daycare and preschool. Preschool full days (8-5) is half the price of what we were paying daycare part time.
And we only send him part time to preschool.

We are very lucky that we have free Grandma care that we combine with 2 days per week of preschool, which is $320/month 9am-5pm.

@Boopers: jealous!
We pay $1,340/month for an infant in Texas. Once he moves to the toddler room, all food and snacks will be included in the cost. We provide his diapers and diaper-related supplies. This covers up to 10 hours/day, 5 days a week. We would pay for extra hours by the hour if we ever exceeded 10 in a day.

We do part time for our daughter, and will do the same when DD2 arrives. I voted for the price range for when they're both born since we're already budgeting for it. DD is $40 a day now, 3 days, so $120. We pay a nanny for the 4th day now ($50) but should be able to pick up the 4th day at daycare when it opens up as people move up in August. In Oct she will be $38 a day and DD2 will be $48 a day so we'll pay $320 a week for 4 days.
ETA- this is a daycare for DH's work, and they provide formula/baby food as well as all toddler food.

These responses are so interesting, I wish we had thought to share where we live! Mine is Orlando. I assume location makes a difference!

I think we'll be paying $800/month for part-time preschool for DS (3 - 1/2 days per week).

When DS starts in the fall we'll be paying $430/week for a toddler and infant at an in home daycare. Ugh.

@kjpugs: For including food, formula and diapers, I think that is amazing! We send all food, milk/formula and diapers. Is it the same cost per day no matter how many hours they go? I know you only need like 5-6 hours most days.
