I think it depends on the area. We pay a flat $110 for 2000 sq ft in Oregon. I think they do a great job.

We pay a flat rate of $90 for a 1900 sq ft house. It takes her about 4-5 hrs to get everything done.

We pay a flat rate of $80 every 2 weeks for a 2200 sq ft house. She takes about 3 1/2 hours to do everything.

$40 for 4 hours, she comes every week. One week she does just the main floor and a bigger job (fridge, Windows, etc) the other week she does both floors. Each floor is about 1500 sq feet.

$100 per session at 2200 feet. We get it done twice a month, one person, about 3 hours of work.

$80 every other week (we pay by the cleaning, not the hour). They're usually here for about 4 hours. Our house is 2200 sq ft.

175$ for 3 ppl, 2.5 hours, 3k sq ft

We pay $15 per hour for a 4000 sq ft house, she's usually here 5 hours so $75. That's every other week, so $150 per month. Well worth it to me.

Sounds reasonable! We pay $125 for approx 2000 square feet.
