20% for delivery guys and more for guys assembling depending on how much of a PITA it is!

@mrsjyw: Really? Most of our furniture delivers have been large (sectional, dining room set, bed and mattress) that were probably over 2k. I would never have thought a $400 tip was appropriate! I usually only tip $20 a person...

Uh, we just had lots of furniture deilivered to our new hosue and I'm pretty sure we didn't tip any of them. Oops!

I don't tip unless they do something special, like move another piece of furniture. I consider it part of the delivery charge.

$20+ per guy. We also buy coffee and donuts and/or lunch, depending on the delivery schedule.
ETA: the above is for a full house move. For like when Lowe's delivers a washer and dryer or other single sort of appliance, I tip about $10/guy.

I've only had furniture delivered once (two dressers, no assembly required). I don't believe we tipped.

I just had 2 deliveries but the guys were in and out in 10 min each time. I did think about tipping but didn't end up doing so.

Usually $10-20 per guy. It depends on what they have to do and how long they need to stay.

Woah, I didn't know this was a thing. We've never had a house full of movers or anything (we rope our family into that job! Ha), but when we've had mattresses or furniture or whatever delivered, we didn't tip....

$20 each. it may be overkill in some instances, but i figure it doesn't hurt to make someone's day a little brighter.

I've never tipped, I guess I figured we paid the extra money for the delivery/assembly? Whoops...

I've never tipped for the delivery of furniture or appliances. Thought that was the point of paying for delivery. I don't really tip unless it's a server or someone who doesn't make at least minimum wage.
