We started DS on solids just over a month ago when he turned 6 months. I make my own baby food purées and freeze them in standard-sized ice cube trays, which I think are about 1 oz. So far, we have been feeding him 1 cube each in the morning and evening, or the equivalent (maybe a little more) when the food is freshly made (i.e., not yet frozen). Occasionally, he has a second "serving" when he seems really interested in eating - opening up his mouth when finished and leaning into the spoon. This morning I gave him 2" of a banana, mushed, after his plum serving, and he ate it all. I'm wondering if I should be giving him more. He is EBF.

How much did you feed your LO at this stage?
