We all know we should drink lots of good ole h2o during pregnancy. I wasn't able to drink much during the first part of my pregnancy since I have hypermesis, and water made me throw up. Now that I'm feeling better at 17 weeks, I'm trying to have a healthy diet. I hated water before getting pregnant, so it's still a struggle to get 8-10 glasses. Some days I get 1-4 . I'm not sure about flavored waters and the sugar content (although I haven't checked them all out). I do drink a glass of caffeine free herbal tea nightly (I checked out which ones are safe with my doctor). So, pregnant ladies, how much water are you drinking and any tips to get more in?
