I see so many posts about date nights. But I wonder - how often do you go out with the girls? No men, no kids, just good old fashioned girl talk and wine

Once every few months, more often in the warmer months! I also try to schedule a gfs and/or mom cations wknd a few times a year!

I meet up with my bestie every week, even though its a play date for the kids. we will have a girls night maybe only 2-3 times per year (how sad!) we tend to line it up with when we need to buy gifts (easter/xmas) or if there is a shopping night at one of the big shopping centers. in our minds, we are dancing through the shops, skipping with glee at being child-free, enjoying our long dinner uninterrupted!

We have a mom's night out about once a month or once every other month!

My two besties live in different cities than me and each other, so we do a catch up whenever we are all in the same city - it doesn't happen very often. My mothers group get together maybe once every 2 months. Colleagues from work get together maybe once every couple of months as well. So, a girls night of some form or another probably once a month on average. Not enough!!

1-2x a month. Girls nights are so much easier than date nights (no family around) since DH just stays home.

Not very often. My closest friends don't live here and all of my friends here are moms, so it's really hard to schedule ladies nights.

@mrsjyw: Me too! So far I've had one girls weekend away at a spa and it was amaaaazing. DS was 7-ish months and he did great. Looking to do one or two more this year.

Once every 3 months or so. I really need to do more of this, but it is challenging since most of my friends have LOs and coordinating schedules and child care makes it hard to find times that work.

It probably averages to 1 time per month. We do an HB girls meetup every few months and my neighborhood moms group does one every other month or so. Other than that, I get together with my sisters or a girlfriend for a girls night every 2-3 month.

Maybe 1-2 a month. Totally agree, girls nights are easier than date nights because I can just leave DH home with the kids rather than look for a sitter.
We probably go on date nights once every 2-3 months.
