I must shower everyday but I only wash my hair every 3 days or it gets too frizzy.

Usually every day, although I wash my hair every other day.

I voted for every other day because I don't take a "whole shower" very day- just hop in, soap my face and body, and hop out in like 3 minutes. I wash my hair every other day and use dry shampoo the other days. It would be fine with me to not shower every day but my toddler thinks I am a napkin so I tend to need it hahaha.

I shower everyday before bed because it's easier for me to remove my makeup in the shower versus the sink. I wash my hair only once or twice a week and to be honest I don't always soap my body everyday, more like every other. That's my workout schedule, I feel like I'm not that dirty on the other days. A rinse will do. I basically bathe my kids in the same manner.

Weekdays I shower daily. I wash my hair every shower because it's two inches long.

I don't always shower on weekends.

i voted every other, but it's more like 5 times a week. ha. so somewhere in between daily and every other! i wash my face twice a day though. i can't hang with a greasy face.

Usually every day but I sah so there are definitely days here and there (maybe once a week) when it just doesn't happen.
While I usually shower every day I definitely skip washing my hair a couple times a week. I can't go more than every other day for that though. I get too greasy.

I like to every day, but that doesn't always happen so its probably closer to every other day. Before having DD it was definitely every day.

in ny it was every 2 days in the colder months. here in the philippines it's so hot i have to shower every day.

Twice a day. But wash my hair like twice a week.

Every 2-3 days--basically when my thick, curly hair gets too frizzy and needs a "reset" of conditioner and styling products that I apply when wet. So basically, it totally depends on my hair and I shower if I'm not able to tame it with products that go on dry, haha. If I shower without using conditioner, the steam makes it frizzier and messier. I only use shampoo about once a week.

Obviously if I exercise or get gross otherwise (like if it's super humid and gross out), I shower more often. Sometimes if I'm gross but my hair looks decent still, rather than showering I'll sit in the bath with the bath running and soap off my body without messing with my hair, but that's pretty rare.

Five times per week on average. I usually don't shower on Saturdays and then usually once during the week I skip. I wash my hair every other day.. rinsing it or dry shampoo on the off days.

I'm stinky! I have to shower everyday! LO showers almost everyday for hygiene purposes. She is rarely ever stinky!

Every day when I'm at work. But on mat leave currently and, umm, yeah, maybe every 3rd day! I'm gross.

Now that I SAH I shower a few days each week. When I was working/before LO, I showered every weekday & Sundays, but only shampooed every other day.

Generally every other day, unless I do something on an off day that requires it. My skin does not tolerate showers every day.

About 5-6x a week. Usually skip one day on the weekend unless I workout. Wash hair about 2-3x a week. Dry shampoo in between.
