My thirteen year old niece is coming to visit my little girls, and I thought that one afternoon we might have a girlie movie night (popcorn, pedicures, etc.) and watch Moana, which the (girls almost 3 & 5) haven't seen yet, because they're loving dancing to the soundtrack at ballet class. However, my niece said she thought it might be too scary. I'm taking it with a grain of salt, because she is a sensitive girl and also claims she was traumatized by Finding Nemo, Wall-E, and a few other Disney titles

So, in comparison to Frozen (which my girls have seen a million times and are generally ok with) and Finding Dory (which they've seen once, and said was a little mean/scary)...how scary is Moana? I'm looking at Common Sense Media to get an idea of what exactly is scary... but generally feel like that site is a little conservative for our family.

Thanks!!!
