I have a Solly wrap (like a moby) and I just can't get it right. No matter what I do it always ends up twisted in the back and then kills my back

Do you wrap in front of the mirror? That helps when I'm learning a new carry. Or have your significant other stand behind you and straighten everything up while you wrap. You'll get the hang of it! The first time I wore my LO in the Moby I had no idea what I was doing. Now I can wrap in a parking lot without dragging the tails on the ground! Watch lots of YouTube videos too and watch their hands. That helped me too to see how they were grabbing the wrap.

See if there is a Babywearing a International group near you that could give in-person tips.

If you're doing a stretchy wrap you can pre tie and then pop the baby in which means you can go a little more slowly until you figure it out! Definitely focus on keeping the passes untwisted on your back. Also tie a little tighter than you think because once the baby is in the wraps always start to sag a little.

Solly wrap is pretty active on instagram, I've seen them answer lots of questions so try them on social media and maybe they can help!

Are you trying to do a pocket carry? Have you figured out how to more comfortably?
It's a little hard for me to help since I don't know when it's getting twisted, but I could do a short video for you or something to show you how I do it, if you think it would help.
