DD is almost 19 months and seems to FINALLY do okay with a bit of hidden dairy. I, however, am feeling kind of gross after eating the same foods I've always been a bit lactose, and did feel better when off dairy, but I was hoping to be able to indulge in the occasional slice of pizza and yogurt.

All I can think to do is take baby steps, but I'm curious if any of you had troubles post-MSPI and what was your strategy for easing back into it?
