Baby sleep is driving me crazy! DS is 14 weeks old and basically doesn't nap unless I hold him/nurse him or he wakes up after 15-20 minutes. He hasn't napped for longer than 30 minutes without being held since he was like 8 weeks old. I've resigned myself to the fact that he's just a terrible napper and I just hold him or he has crap naps if my daughter needs me.

So my question is if you had a cat napper at this age did they outgrow it or did you have to actively do something to help them learn to nap better? DS sleeps pretty great at night, he's slept through the night or done 8 hour stretches severa times but for whatever reason naps are awful. So is there something I could/should be doing to help?
