It's by Thermos. It was less than $9 and it works great! You can remove all parts to wash them and it keeps drinks (or food) cold and hot for a very long time. It's probably too heavy for smaller hands but my 2 year old manages it quite well.
It doesn't leak, it doesn't have liquid come out of the top of the straw and it's pretty crash resistant. We've dropped it a bunch of times and it still looks great.

We have the Foogo one by Thermos - looks almost identical and it doesn't leak either!

love this one! We have a TMNT one because the foogo one is too small for our needs. 
I do warn though that sometimes when the lid pops open there's been extra liquid in and around the straw!

I will say that our Foogo is the least leaky of all our straw cups, and the Funtainer, I think, is the big sister of the Foogo! Off to order a bunch... we've been wanting to get rid of all our leaky plastic ones forever!!

@autumnlove: every single cup we have ever tried leaked. The worst offenders were the Zoli and the Playtex Lil Gripper. The liquid just starts spouting out the top!!!

@Mamaof2: Yea I think so. We've had ours for about a year, and this summer the leaking on top started! It's still not as bad as other cups.

We have the Disney themed metal versions of this. I honestly can't say how but somehow LO managed to spill water out of this last weekend. I left her alone and came back and she had wet pants. I've never actually seen it leak and couldn't figure out what she did. Our only complaint about this (or maybe it's a complaint about my car!) it doesn't fit in our rear cupholders in our our Acadia.

@MUI831: the nuby ones are our daily cups too! just switched to the flex straw since they no longer make the flip cup click ones
