We bought a Keurig from Costco almost 2 years ago. It started malfunctioning so we took it back today and they gave us a FULL refund. No questions asked. SO AWESOME!
DH bought my engagement ring from Costco too. When he decided to upgrade my rock, Costco took the ring and gave us our money back! After almost 2 years as well!
If you ever need anything, get it at Costco! Best customer service and return policy EVER.

we got my FIL a tag watch like 5 years ago. well, it malfunctioned so we upgraded his watch to a much more expensive one. luckily, i had the receipt and got a FULL refund.

I think that they can look up your purchases on your membership card. We've had great luck with returning items there. I'm addicted to costco, I buy everything there

Wow! Didn't know all this. Costco is like 2 minutes from our house so we go there all the time. We have the credit card too which gets great cash back! Also, they carry a lot of Carters clothing for LO!
Have you guys tried their brand in wipes! Totally great! They are like $20 for 9 large packs. Sometimes there is a $5 off coupon too!

My in-laws did this with a mattress (will keep my opinion on whether I think this is an appropriate use of the return policy to myself...hehe). They bought a mattress and boxspring at Costco, used the mattress for 5 years, and then returned it for a full refund and bought a new mattress. They never used the mattress without a mattress pad and sheets, so there was no staining or dirt, but the mattress had obviously been slept in for years. Costco accepted the mattress and gave them a full refund with no issues!

We live literally 2 miles from a Costco, and it's wonderful! We use it as our regular grocery store.
And my e-ring is from Costco too! Everyone is always so surprised, but they have fantastic jewelry!
