I like royal icing because otherwise my cookies stick together! But I do like a cream cheese frosting if you are going to platter them out

I like icing because then you can stack them without ruining the decorations. I use store bought cookie icing... so easy!

@mrs. wagon: uh, I just found some of that store bought icing in my pantry after I made frosting!

@autumnlove: aw man! Haha. Ever since I dyed all my spatulas pink making red and aqua royal icing for Wagon Jr.'s dol favors I buy icing in a squeeze bag!
