Definitely not weird! I just took Xander to a couple birthday parties and there were a few grandparents at each!

Not weird, but during the RSVP I would just share who is coming. And share their first name so that adults aren't calling *them* grandpa.

That happened at my DD's party. Her friend's parents were on vacation so the grandmother brought that friend. It was fine!

Totally normal.
The only person that it may be weird for is grandma bc she likely wouldn't know any of the other adults/parents there.

Totally normal in my experience! I've even seen other babysitters bring kids, like definitely not relatives but paid nannies
